Order & delivery
How long does delivery take?
We deliver orders to PostNL twice a week. Your order will be delivered within 3-5 business days. Everything fits through the letterbox, so you don't need to be home.
What are the shipping costs?
For a set of 25 labels, we'll ship your order in a regular envelope for €2.62. For 50 labels or more, we'll ship it in a letterbox-sized package for €4.25.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have a 14-day return period to return your order without giving a reason. Please register your return with us within 14 days of receipt. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive your return, we will refund the full purchase price and the original shipping costs.

What exactly are the No Cans Tags?
A striking yellow label, made from recycled paper, with a string. Tie your garbage bag closed and immediately show that it's free of deposit cans.
Why should I use labels if I never put cans in the residual waste?
Even if you don't throw cans in the garbage bag yourself, others can't see it. Moreover, many people don't realize that bags are often cut open to remove deposit cans. With the label, you make this visible, raise awareness, and set a good example. This prevents misunderstandings and encourages others to return their cans separately. Ultimately, it's about working together for a cleaner neighborhood.
Can I use a label multiple times?
No. The label is intended for single use together with the garbage bag.
Are the labels environmentally friendly?
Yes, they are made from recycled paper and are easy to dispose of with the waste.
Payment & Prices
Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay safely via iDEAL or credit card.
Why don't you charge VAT?
We are covered by the Small Business Scheme (KOR). This means we don't charge VAT and don't include VAT on invoices.
About the initiative
Do you make money from this?
No. This is a social neighborhood initiative . The price covers the production costs and maintenance of the webshop. Any small proceeds are reinvested in the project.
Why is this necessary?
Since the deposit on cans has been introduced, many garbage bags are cut open by people searching for them. This creates litter and extra litter. With the "No Cans" label, we make it clear that your bag doesn't contain any cans. This way, we prevent damage and keep the streets clean together.
Is this an official project of the municipality?
No. This is a residents' initiative. We operate independently, but with the same goal: a cleaner, more liveable city.
